The BEST!

Do you want to get fancy and creative? Try making chocolate fondue! It's probably one of the easiest and most delicious things you can make. All you need are some chocolate chips and whipping cream (found in your grocers dairy section)! If you add a few chocolate chips and some whipping cream over low heat on a stove, the chocolate and whipping cream combine into a delicious creamy substance. From there you can get anything to dip in it...strawberries, bananas, pound cake, or pretzels. Pretty much anything that tastes good with chocolate. It may sound a little complicated, but it's really quick and easy if you want to spice up your evening with a delicious dessert!

Surprise!

The other day I was shopping at Wal-Mart and I saw that they had their Easter candy aisle set up. Of course my curiosity set in, so I decided to take a gander at what they had. Well, I came across Reeses's Peanut Butter Cup Eggs. (Reeses's candy in the shape of an egg for Easter.) I love Reeses, but these were something totally different. I can't really describe how delicious they were, but if you have a chance to try one, please do so! I don't know if it's a little bit more peanut butter than the average Reese's or what, but it was definitely a sweet surprise!

Never Dissapointed!

I can't say enough great things about Thin Mint cookies. It is sad to think they can only be purchased at certain times during the year, when the Girl Scouts decide to let the public have them! BUT, these have always been a wonderful and delicious treat. They're fairly light and are a great dessert to have with a sandwich at lunch. They're especially delicious when you store them in the refrigerator it gives them that extra oomph of freshness! So, if you like cookies and like a chocolate and mint flavor, these are a great snack.

This Delicious Candy Makes My Heart Melt!!!

For Valentines day I was given a box of Fannie May Mint Meltaways from my boyfriend. At first I was skeptical, because you can't go wrong with Fannie May chocolate, but I had never had these before. Well...THEY WERE AWESOME! I couldn't believe I had gone so long without enjoying these delicious treats. They either have a hard mint shell with chocolate in the middle or a hard chocolate shell with mint in the middle. My favorite is of course the hard chocolate outer shell, his is the mint outer shell, so it worked out perfect for the both of us! I would highly recommend these to anyone who loves a chocolate/mint combo. It's a perfect little treat to sneak throughout the day without feeling guilty!
